The State of New Jersey, south of Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

The State of Delaware.

In the State of Maryland the County of Cecil.

The State of Pennsylvania east of and including Potter, Clinton, Center, Huntingdon,
and Bedford Counties.

These boundaries represent the area that the Delaware Valley Local Masters Swim
Committee administers. One example would be the USMS sanctioning of swim meets.

These boundaries do not prevent anyone, outside of this area from swimming
for a sanctioned team in this area.  So if you lived in Virginia and you wanted
to swim for the Colonials 1776 Team you would be permitted
to sign up with that team.
